महाशय सविनय निवेदन यह है कि मैं अमृता कुमारी बिहार के गोपालगंज स्टोर में सी.एस.पी कोड संख्या 36796 के पद पर कार्यरत हूँ महाशय मैं अवश्यक इलाज हेतू 11/6/2019 दिन सोमवार से 25/7/2019 दिन मंगलवार तक मेडिकल रिपोर्ट के साथ 15 दिनों की छुट्टी का एप्लिकेशन दिया जो मैनेजर श्री भाग्य नारायण सिंह द्वारा पास किया गया और मेरे आवेदन को मेल नहीं किया गया जिसमें सारी गलती मैनेजर सर की है बाद में जब मैं ड्यूटी पर आयी तो मुझे ड्यूटी से निकाल दिया गया! महाशय मैं छुट्टी का आवेदन दी थी फिर भी षड्यंत्र रच कर मुझे निकाला गया है इसमे SM,ASM,PRO मैडम का हाथ है इसलिये सर मुझे फिर से जॉइन किया जाय और दोषियों के खिलाफ उचित कार्रवाई की जाए!!!!

V mart gandidham store security do not keep helmet .They keep all the other things like bag etc but not helmet.Government promotes to wear helmet but they dont keep and say take ur helmet with you.How a person can do shopping while carrying helmet.
