    Hi,

    My Customer Id is 500000117153.

    It's been almost 4 years that we have been requesting to discontinue the gas connection as we don't stay in the house any longer.

    Even after repeated requests, it has not been disconnected and we get regular bills that we have been paying without using it.

    More than a year back we had visited your Chandkheda office and had given written request but still nothing happened. We requested for a signed copy, which was denied by your staff.

    Now, as no one has heard us, we are writing you to help us with this and stop charging us.

    Also, would want the refund of all the payments made so far by us due to your negligence.

    Dear Team,
    We had a pathetic service experience at the very initial stage of installation of Gas line. The team who had come to dig the land have broken drainage line as well as Water line...After many follow ups and spending 3 days no one has shown concern and the repairing done for drainage has not been satisfactory also water line repairing is not done by them...I have tried calling on 7359808822 but no one has answered the call.Request to get the needful done and check the quality of work your staff is doing which may be an eye opener for your company..

    આપ ને જણાવવાનુ કે છેલ્લા 4 માસથી અમને ગુજરાતગેસ બીલ આવતુ નથી. જેને કારણે અમોને બીલની રકમ અંગે કોઈ માહીતી મળતી નથી જેને કારણે સમયસર બીલની રકમ ભરી શકાતી નથી. અને વગર કારણે પેનલટી ભરવાની થાય છે.

    Now a days there are number of gas lines in jamnagar city but there is no own cash collection center of authority.For cash payment customer has to stand in queue of postoffice which is wastage of time.Sometimes online payment not occured due to server failer.Gas authority should start bill collection center for easily payment of gas bill.

    Already process was very delay and bad service. But, employee behaviour very angry and skill less. My problem is fitting not done in my way im suggest to us. How to fitting in path. But employee told me to that path fitting not provide to you. That fitting person fitting path was very costly to my side damage furniture and must more.

    So, im told him to change path. Any cost I will pay you but, please change fitting path. But behaviour not good to him and mind less person for over company.

    At time of application of temporary disconnection not inform how much time takes to disconnect.
    At time of apply to reconnect GAS connection your office not inform, how much time/days they take, to reconnect.
    When I complain on 23rd,February 23, 2018, they give vague answered they not given in any writing INFORMATION how much maximum time the required to reconnect.
