My order to be delivered 6/3/17 at 8pm but not delivered. Next day I given time after 4pm but not delivered. I called no good response, they told to me called to castomer care.

It's show it was delivered but I didn't get product yet.today I am going to kalyani hub then I talk sanjoy Roy & tell it was shows it's delivered , what happen ?? Then he told if u want this product u shall pay 200 extra or it will sell other person.This product delivered some one .If u want same product then I give u but u shall pay extra 200 .Many time i saw this sanjoy Roy sell cancel product & rejected product also. So please check my concern & solve my problem.& Punishment them who selling other product .

When I go to the hub then he tells me if u do any problem then I don't delivered product to u ...Prepaid / cod both also ..If return or delivered some one but I don't delivere to u.he said " I m in the branch head ,I Handel all case ,if u want all is well then u don't complain Amazon "

The Guy who came to deliver the Package did not have change as the cost was 1299 INR, My spouse gave him 1500 and he promised to return the amount back, but he did not turn up and this is very disappointing that such case can happen with Amazon too. I am order more than 20+ product daily for my business purpose..

the amazon Madurai courier team send products daily for past 1 months..

but for last 1 week... amazon Madurai courier team cancel all of my courier and send back to amazon..

it leads to order via other Flatform like Flipkart.com

and i asked reason for cancel in madurai amazon courier team, while i am contacting madurai amazon courier they told i am ordering product for my business that's why they cancel all of my products and send back to seller..also i sent return for few times.. due to return they told that send back all of order to amazon..

and also update status like undeliverable address.

but i have create another amazon account and order using my wife name in same address and also order same products in my account..

Madurai Amazon courier team cancel only my products and send back to Seller..

But they didn't cancel my wife products..

look like amazon madurai courier team is not good..and that manager update wrong status..

and amazon will allow to order products for business..

but courier team cancel my products...

120+ products cancel by Madurai Amazon courier team and send back to seller.

please take serious action to madurai amazon courier team, and don't allow that in future..

it leads to order products to some other website like flipkart.com snapdeal.com

because madurai amazon courier is not good..


if it continue i will go to flipkart and some other website also i recomment others to flipkart and some other website

The respective delivery not done but as amazon team said it's already delivered to customer.

The Amazon Courier commented there was no one to receive the package. This is not true. I did not receive any call at the time of delivery. Amazon delivery personnel have the bad habit of non delivery and giving bad excuses for non delivery. Please resolve.

This refers to my order dated 10.2o.2020 is showing your tracking system as delivered on 13.10.20. But item not received till now.So please give us the contact number of the delivery staff, or ask him to contact me as the same delivered to whom? and where? He never contacted me before or after delivery.
Please settle the issue or RRFUND my paid amount.
