Im lakshmipathi reddy i have an issue with the courier which was done on 30th evening however tge courier team is saying it was done on 1st at 12.24pm and its in yelahanka branch i even spoke to that person he is saying it will reach wait and he is abusive aswell same goes to balnagar centre people when i called about my shipment ...as per proffesional.courier rules if the ahipment dosent reach in 48 hours amount will be refunded so im still with out the shipmwnt with me ..i had a urgent business requirement of this ahipment however i had a huge loss because of proffesional courier

I have sent parcel before 19-09-2020 and the consignment not reached the destination. Courier No. DEL525814415. What is the problem sir. I asked Delhi office,he told it despatched in Chennai. But Chennai office told ,not received .Please update the status .

Booked the aforesaid cover on 21.10.2020 in Batchupally Hyderabad to Secunderabad. But eventhough in local service after 3days elapsed the cover was not delivered sofar. It shows in tracking position still it is in transit. As it is very urgent please arrange to deliver urgently and on priority basis which reflects images of your services.

A 500 gm package from Munnar in Kerala to Thanjavur in tamil nadu has taken more than 5 days and still not reached while tracking shows it reached tanjore the second day itself. If servicing in a particular place cannot be done, please don't accept couriers for particular place.

Courier delivered to Patna on 3rd August 2021 but still it is not deliver to the destination. Whenever i called professional courier at Patna they assured me since 4 days that it will deliver today or tomorrow but still its not deliver. I tried to called your people but they are not responding & cut the phone. How bad services you are given. If its not possible to deliver the courier to destination then better to close your service. The man who delivered me the courier is very rude and shouting at my door step. And he calls from the office and asks me where is the address. If they don't know to deliver the thing in address why do you PPL send the courier via them
