I am sorry to bother you but I don't have any other mail I'd to contact shell. I had visited shell pump @ anandnagar road Ahmedabad Gujarat on 11/09/2017. I have visited counter 7. They have filled v power petrol without any intimation to me. When I asked filler that why you have filled v power petrol then filler started laughing and said its only available here. I again said you should ask me before filling v power petrol but they bluntly said if you have any problem go and complain. Again when I have asked complain book they diverted to another store and that comapin taking person was also rude. He has not bother to ask what happen.

Now its almost 4 days and still I have not received any call or confirmation about my complain.They even not bother to revert back to me.

When i go to petrol pump every time they give V-Power Only.
Even aftef my clearification that i want normal petrol.

Then also executive filled the V-Power.

I,m a regular customer @ your shell archit petrol bunk situated at bydarahalli,magadi main road , bangalore, on 7th of this month as usual i had gone to fill petrol to my car, i was attended by a female staff i asked her to fill Normal petrol, the staff at the bunk look for a chance if we turn around, instead of normal petrol they fill V Power without our consent or knowledge which is a clear case of cheating , when i confronted the female staff she disappeared from the scene, then i went to their office to air my grievance as this was not the first time they had cheated me, instead of reprimanding the staff, she was told not to repeat the same for regular customer, what does that mean , it seems they cheat the customers who are not regular to their bunk, this is absolutely ridiculous, kindly initiate action against the erring staff.

This complain is to inform to the shell management. As every body knows that shell is international company in dealing with Lubricants. But they are dealing with higher side of amounts.
As per Indian government rules everyday Lubricants prices are fluctuate and every petrol Pump should follow this conditions, yes Shell as well. But as per the government rules prices are decided and on every petrol pump prices are same except shell.
On other petrol pumps (Indian Oil, Bhart Petrolium, Reliance Petrol pump, and other popular petrol pumps/Lubricant companies) have same price and Shell are charging more then these companies.

e.g. on other petrol pumps Petrol price is 75rs. per liter at the same time shell petrol pump is asking for the 81rs. per liter.

This is open plunder by the shell company. Take any action on to this or Indian Publicity should have to take legal action on to this.

Had very bad experience just now (23/9/2018). I went here to fill fuel for my car and a person called "Sahana" attended my car for filling fuel. I told her not to print customer copy of card swipe receipt because anyways i will get that in phone message, paper waste too, and i asked her to just show the merchant copy, But she printed customer copy and when i asked her, she replied "I did not waste your father money for printing this paper". I got very upset and went inside to meet her supervisor. After few mins the supervisor came out and he was scared of going to talk to her and check what was happened. This the first time i felt very un professionalism in shell petrol pump. She should keep/train people to handle customers in professional way, not like this.

I R shell pump in ambali road ahmedabad haing power supply issue in generator since last 30 minutes. Dt:26/09/2018.why customer like me has to suffer . Do u have any back up plan about alternate power supply. I am very dissappoint about this managment.

On date 01/02/2020 Saturday I was fill up Petrol in my car on at wakad Pune maharastra in shell pump. While fill up Petrol one employee come and ask me open your Bonet for fill up the water then quick asking me see your engine oil level is very low.and he get quick confused me. Later we moved to fill up engine oil . Later I have contact my car service center lland asking then about my car history. As per them if oil level get low indicator showing in cash board. As per them why you out oil already oil was there.

My question is here this stupid employee who given the authorization to check the oil. See I know you not know taking action. But loose the faith from customer mind. I will never goes again to fill up Petrol and spread message to other people to stop them for this type of cheting by shell
