If my bike is under warrenty period then why service center mechnic asking me for money again and again

Dear sir, i reached AARADHYA AUTO PVT LTD NASIK ROAD at 13-45 hrs on 1-11-2017 for 4 th free service as vehicle purchased on 8-11-16 but denied for 4 th free service as kms earned 1207 as on 1-11-2017 ,more over agency deposit my vehicle for paid service at 14-30 hrs yet agency returned without attn at 17.00 hrs on the plea that they are not having water facility so cant do service

i have bought suzuki scooty access 125 from ur showroom hamirpur hp in Nov. 2014, its no. is hp67a1003, I have many times noticed that this vehicle all of a sudden stops working while in motion but nowadays , it repeatedly stops working, i have spent rs. 7000-00 on this but of no use. i got service of this vehicle a week ago, but today it again stopped on the road, and i have to come to home on foot leaving the scooty there. kindly repair this properly otherwise i will be forced to file complaint in the competent court against the company. 9418008501

I am buying the lets scooty 110 april 2017 but my problem that scooty is not self start 10-12 hours stand .I have again to again complain when the buying the scooty but my problem is not solve one year so if my problem is not solve so i need help the court beacuse i have not any opetion.

i bought suzuki access in feb 2018. the handle is tight and gets difficult to manouvre while turning. i have repeatedly requested the service centre, who have attempted to solve, but to no avail. The problem still persists.

Sir, I want to say that I have an problem with my Suzuki access 125 Scotty.I am purchased a new Scotty in August month in 2019 year from Droona Motors in Bulandshar.But Sir, they sold me a old model of 2018 and I bought this Scotty on 2019 new model price.Sir,I saw this model on my RC but sir, RC was provided me after one month of my purchasing I saw That RC before two days ago.Then I called on Droona Motors but they don't reply my words. So, please help me Sir. I want new Scotty of 2019 model even they gave me my rest money. Sir, if you don't help me then I'll go to the consumer court with my problem.

Meri gadi ki 200km par 1st service hui or oil change ke nam par 250rs lie.
2nd service 800km par hui or oil ,gear me kuch change ke nam par 350rs lie.
Mechanic se pucha to bole 2500km par oil change kiya jata he.
To ye oil change ke nam par kis bat ke pese le rahe he.
