I have purchased the Cera Capstain P Trap(S1013106), 2nos, from Shree Binayak Enterprises,Bhubaneswar, Odisha, on 25th Feb 2018. The price is 23220.34/-. When the plumber set these commode in the bathroom, both are not working. I have immediately complained to the S.B.Enterprises and he also passes my massage to your company but nobody came to attend till 2 days. I have more options of different brands but I only preferred Cera because of your brand. But now I am thinking I have done a mistake by buying your product. Wastage of money, time. You have no service providers, no quality service, nothing. Really I am frustrated by your service.

We have fitted all sanitary and Taps of CERA made in our recently build house. one mixture (hot & cold) tape fitted in kitchen is badly leaking for some time. On our complaint, one of your plumber having Mobile No 9258584049 visited about two months before informed us that some inside part is required to be replaced and he will come back with those parts. It is pained to inform you that despite of so many calls on above mobile number only assurance were given by the person attended but no body has visited again to replace the part. I am ready to bear the cost of that part. I request you to kindly look into to the matter urgently.
