Drainage Problem

I am a resident of S-9A Saurabh vihar Jaitpur badarpur new Delhi 110044.
Through this, I would like to draw your kind attention towards the drainage problem arising in S-9A Saurabh vihar Jaitpur badarpur new Delhi 110044. The sewer is blocked and it's giving a very bad smell. We can't even breathe properly due to that foul smell. Lots of drainage water front of my house for last 2yrs and also silen in my house and damaging my house. So I request you to look into this matter as soon as possible.

The area is breeding with ,mosquitoes and people are suffering due to choked drains. No fogging has been done ion the area to control the mosquitoes breeding. please take immediate action for the same.
I hope you take action on priority.

I have complained many times but no action. The sewers are blocked and also the rain water drains are not cleaned for many years. Cockroaches, breeding of mosquitoes and fear of dengue is there. Backside lane is full with garbage and debris as bulilding is being bulit there and nobody pick the debris.Jal board has put piplines since 15days ago and let it open by simply cover with soil.

Un-Authorized Building consultation upto 6th floor in residence area without any approval of government in Gorvind Puri Area they have building the area upto 6th floor and all the floor been retained as PG in un-authored building Govind Puri Area and because of this people in the Area are facing issue of less water supply they been taken upto 6 to 7 additional water connection in one building without any approval not sure how and the mean issue was that thery build the building upto 6th floor with is unauthorized property in residential Area. I have full respect to my Government policy and believe thy take appropriate action on the fix this issue looking forward to you guys to fix this issue.

There are many street dogs in L-2 Block Shastri NagarDelhi 110052 area which cause inconvenience to the residents of colony. Many times they attack people and also keep barking whole night and we are not able to live in peaceful surroundings due to them. North Delhi MCD not taken an action to Street Dog think its not only Shastri Nagar Problem Its Allover Delhi Problem

Bad person were playing gambles, drunk wine and thrown garbage in this park earlier. So all residents was decided to clean it and stop all bad activities in the park all residents were cleaned it and made park greener.

But last month sone of people was celebrated Chhat at the park and made a big Water pound and small five temples. Due to this unauthorised construction in MCD park all trees and grass was ruined badly.
Now we have spoken to them for remove small temples and fill Water pound they have denied and start fighting with residents.

So Sir it's our humble request to you please take strict action against of it and remove all unathorised construction from the Park.

We have complained to MCD of Ward 55 but they have denied to remove it.
We are also attaching Pic of Park before or after Chhat

With due respect, I would like to draw your kind attention towards the illegal commercial factories running at our residential building in the name of domestic use on rental basis located at House No.315 3rd floor (Right Side) Thansingh Nagar, Anand Parbat Central Delhi-110005.
This building was constructed in year of 2014. By the local builder up to 4th floor each floor is two flats buildup indivisibly with domestic electricity and water connection and each flats area is Approx. 50 Sqy. Ground, second & third floor have been handed over to land owner and builders was taken over first and fourth floor from the land owner as per the building construction agreement & sale deed and registry. After that builder was taken the position and it was legally one by one sold to different person’s and I have bought House No.315 4th floor (Right Side) and staying with families .
These factories are involved for the making of household (gifts and packing items) in this regards they use harmful chemical, plastic, paper & glass related activities. and in the meantime they have installed a cutting & grinding machine inside of room at 3rd Floor and when it runs it spread a very bad smell and loud sound pollution in the nearby atmosphere, which creates a very bad situation when we take breath. It has causes very negatively on the heath conditions on our residents and children and we are getting very difficult to live in the house.
Please notice that ,This factory has been running illegally with domestic water and Electricity connection and floor owner it has been given on rental basis to residential purpose. But this floor is totally utilized by the household factory owner, that’s why the floor owner fully ignored such problems as they have getting their monthly rent, huge electricity and water charges from factory owner.
In this regards we have several time requested to floor owner to stop and vacate this illegal factory from our residential building, but they don't want to listen anything and very rudely behaving with me and my family . As well as they have threatening me directly and indirectly and try to create lot of unwanted situation in front of my family.
We all are common people can do is to request you to understand our problem by putting yourself on our place and take an immediate action against such unauthorized factories in our residence that are making this place like hell. and Our all neighbors well aware that regarding such problems, but they are unable to do anything from the landlords fear.

You are also requested to kindly keep all the details regarding identification of this complaint confidential.
