  • AIRTEL 4G DONGLES ARE NOT WORKING !.....Sharadha Terry Products Ltd.

    We are using Airtel 4G Dongle more than 15 numbers, and we are facing serious trouble and the 4G Dongle is not connected through internet for more than 10 days.


    The following Data cards are not working No: 9894702794, 9894658523, 9894750849, 9894702712, 9894624811, 9894681659,9894112912
    We had already sent mail to datasupport@airtel.com , they said, this issues will be resolved on 5/11/2017 Four days back, But still we are trying to connect the Airtel Data card,, but it is not connected and screen shows no signals, Pls. Find the attached screenshot for your ref.

    Pls. Look into this serious issues and to resolve the issues as quick as possible without further delay, All our Business communications are failure due to this internet connectivity issues on Dongles.

    Awaiting your quick response in this regard.

    Sir,
    AS I HAVE PAID FINAL PAYMENT OF DATA CARD [7042175113](Rs 900) as FULL AND FINAL PAYMENT BY ME and REQUEST IMMEDIATE TO CLOSE THE SERVICE OF DATA CARD as IT WAS NOT USABLE FOR ME BUT AIRTEL AGAIN GENERATED BILL FOR THE DATA CARD .
    SO THAT I'M NOT GOING TO PAY

    Hi, my datacard no:8130044967. my plan was 100 rs PM. bill has generated 145 rs PM.Pls check and revert ASA so i can clear my bill.

    Hi,

    My no.is 9773912365 I am having the plan of Rs. 599 on monthly rental which includes 4GB data per day. But I am not getting the 4GB per day. Kindly look into the matter and reply at the earliest.

    Pertaining to this If I found that the same type of issues are continuing , I will have to disconnect your services.
