Complaint NON SERVICE FOR NEW CONNECTION

    Dear Sir,
    Last Monday (ie, on 02 Apr 2018), I have deposited my Transfer Voucher & applied for LPG connection. They taken Rs. 3050/- from me stating that Connection Voucher, 2 LPG Cylinder, Regulator, Suraksha Hose Pipe with bill will be provided at door step. On, 05 Apr 2018 at @ 1950 Hrs, delivery boy handed over two LPG Cylinder and taken Rs. 100/- & run away without giving above said equipments and installation. They also kept my old book. They are also not picking the phone calls (2334539, 2325285, 2344444). Facing problems to cook the food since 02 Apr 2018 requesting for reimbursement. Request for solutions of above grievances.
