I purchased an electronic lock with 4 video screens from shanti hardware chawri bazar,delhi. Initially 2 out of 4 cameras were not working .Two cameras were taken back by your technician for repair at the time of installation.after 20 days they were returned to us by saying both are working but one was not still working.i complained to the seller he answered that the only technician with your international company mr teerath had gone to his native place and only when he will return the video screen will be put to order.Even after 37 days of purchasing items for use could not fully utilise the same. I am sorry to say no redressal of our grievance is done till date compelling me to go to consumer forum.

I am having 16 chaneel video 8 channel audio cp plus dvr. It is giving alarm when free disk space reaches 116 gb. Not able to off the alam. It turns off only i format the hard disk. Give me solution.

I have cp plus 4 chanel dvr
When i play recording in it i does not show all 4 chanels it shows only 3 channels .
It displays multiple chanel playback doses not support resolution higher than 960H
So i did not find any function in settings to change the resolution

Camera not working real time, 15 seconds gap and this is 3 MP Ip camera while in my same premisis another set is of 2.4 mp normal camera whose clarity is better
