Hi team hotstar....I am a subscribed member of hotstar I have subscribed hotstar membership for 2 months with Citibank credit card at the time that was free only 5 rs deducted from my bank .But today again 199 deducted from my bank while my next billing date 10 Aug as shown in my account in hotstar.so please check and make me understand where is the issue.

I have purchased the one month Hotstar PREMIUM package with a month trial free . It worked well for couple of days, but somehow when i am trying to play any PREMIUM english movies/shows lately, it just keep showing that these shows are not available in my region. Thought this problem was due to my account been logged in from my phone and computer. So I signed out from both the accounts and signed back in just from the computer and the pop up says the same again. I am from Kolkata and all my other friends who use hotstar have access. This is really an inconvenience for me because I have purchased the PREMIUM package to watch international shows/movies only. Please let me know if the problem is temporary or permanent because it's a waste of my money if i cannot access any shows/movies of my choice. Thank You.
