i have sent money from lebanon to india bank account by moneygram on tuesday(10-10-2017). but sill i didn’t recive ,can u tell me how long time need to be recive to the account???

I sent money from Australia to Goa. My sister in law went to ambience-bela-vista-1-ambience-alto-chicalim vasco branch to receive the money. Reference no was -85307106.
That guy didn’t accept I’d such as Pen card, Adhaar card n canteen card. I didn’t understand what other I’d they need for it. I m very disappointed to hear this. My sister was sick,burnt, back problem went from navy nagar to there but they empresses her a lot. Also told her to fill the form as well. Is it necessary fill the form??
She had to go somewhere else n they just get an photo I’d n straight away gave the money. It’s means that guy didn’t deserve to be there. I strongly requested to you to take further action against him so in future he never do like this.

Today, I went to agent located in Shop No. 64, New Friends Colony, Okhala, New Delhi, Delhi, India. for collecting money, Agent was so rude and exploited in terms he was asking me commission and didn't pay me after taking the documents also.
Kindly take appropriate action.
