I have purchased American tourister travel bag from Amazon India in Oct'2022. The bag is still unused with original tag.
When I put clothes into it and close the zip it opens automatically, which is very risky to carry.
As it is in warranty, I want to get it replaced at earliest as I need to travel.

I purchased through Defence Canteen on 15 Mar 2023. I have used this article only for the one time traveling purpose. I am not satisfied with the material that was used for this article. Many cuts and holes can be seen near the handle and other places. I shall be grateful if you kind enough to replace with high class material. I am ready to pay the difference for the same.
