Very poor quality in exterior paint.My colour start damaging just in 4 months .both exterior and also interior paint.

Sir I am one of Kansai Nerolac Paints Ltd's customer. I have a query of products prise. Company has number of Dealer in particular region. Can product prise changes from dealer to dealer according to stock that they purchase? I observ that Old dealers (well settle dealer) sell product in cost that newly dealer purchase from company. I mean how can new dealer settle their bussiness in lowest prise. CN or offer differ from dealer to dealer. I want to know "Is this a policy of company to expoil new dealer?" We painted our house using nerolac exel paint 7 to 8 months ago.
Now we are facing problem regarding paint and that is paint is peeling off itself.
As you promise in your advertisement that paint will stay for long but in our case it has started peeling off within 7 months.
I hope u will show some professionalism and you will response quickly and will look into this matter.

I were seeking job opportunities. So yesterday I applied the role of Management Trainee. And one Man called me back. He was not audible also he talked in a rude manner. I didn't understand why he is talking like this. I didn't understand anything. After that he told me to call back but he didn't. Even I tried many times yesterday and today (more than 10+ calls).
Please understand, before joining your company I were so confident that I already a satisfied customer of Nerolac. That motivated me to work in your Company. I wonder, how a person like him work in this type of reputed company.
Iam expecting a valuable reply from Nerolac Team. I am planning to write a blog in social media about the bad response I get from Nerolac team. It spoiled my entire day. A fresh graduate is not a street dog , if it is then you all once a street dog.

I purchased Nerolac Beauty Gold 18lts(color code : 4247) along with strainer from Behera trading company, Chandra shekharpur , Bhubaneswar on 30th October 2020 with amount 10000rs on Phone pay.
The color of the house completely changed within one year. I have attached painting time photo along with current house photo along with video. Both Nerolac Dealer and company Manager along with Supervisor visited place and there is no update yet.
I gave complain in the company site mentioned email "COMPLAINTS@NEROLAC.COM". There is no response yet. I called company Toll free number 18002092092 but there is no response.
I also attached Phone pay receipt from dealer. I paid my hard earned money , in return i got nothing.
Please help me in this matter. Thanks for support. I feel cheated.

Dear sir, I was painted my fully house before six months and all paint purchased in Shantipuram Phaphamau Prayagraj UP by Sanjay traders. And I will complain to him for this painting then he told Nerolac tech. Satyam +91 89768 81455. And I will talk with him before one week but he can’t attend it and daily promise for attending complaints. I think this traders is selling duplicate Nerolac paint. So please do need fully as soon as possible.

My lead id is 172340, PIN 282007. Contractor applied inferior quality product, cheated me and my site is still incomplete. He has taken maximum amount from me. Now he is not responding. executives of the company are also helpless/careless. Already complaint via email and customer care but of no use. I am totally frustrated and utter dissatisfied. kindly take immediate action in my matter.

The colour was so pathetic it given cracks the technical person come & inform us to dump the colour to dealer
