    On 1st Oct 17 I had ordered a pair of nakshatra earring which I received yesterday.
    My order id - 135343
    Invoice no - IN069163
    However, the Nakhatra Card giving out the details of the item which is received has not been found enclosed.
    I had perched jwellery from jewelsouk earlier also that time I do got nakshatra diamonds card .....which is like a blue coloured atm card with derails of all the diamond studded in the earrings.....
    Pl get the same dispatched earliest

    Havent really scene a service as poor as yours, have been continuously follwing up to know when this order would be delivered but your helpline number is not contactable, chat response always say will get back shortly and after writing to you on email too there is not even a single reply from you.

    As i have mentioned to you on numerous ocassion before that this a gift and has to reach before 25th Jan we are already on 24th and there is no update on its where abouts.

    Hi
    I ordered online a diamond earrings through your site but as it was delivered it was small and not as expected I decided to change it so requested reverse pick up and as the payment was cash on delivery a voucher was given to me. After this I again ordered different diamond earrings costing over 38000 and used voucher and balance payment was done through credit card. Now the issue is the online payment was refunded to my credit card and order was not dispatched, I don’t know the reason behind this. I want either the order worth more than 38000 payment will be done cash on delivery or total refund including the amount paid through cash which was converted into voucher. I want either of the solution or I will definitely go to the consumer forum. Neither the site isn’t working not the contact numbers.
    Request expedite a solution to it
