My date of birth is wrong please help me

I Have Left my job in 30.6.16 but my Company Fastway Transmission pvt. Ltd. not enter my Service exit date. so i am unable tot submit Form 19, 10c. for withdrawal. my UAN details are given below.

Dear Sir,
I am worked with Tecpro Syatem Ltd. (Ashtech Devision) Pune, The Co. was wind-up since last 3 years,
I wand to withdrawal my PF amount, I have submitted Withdrawal Form with Documents but PF Office (Bandra E) refused to take Withdrawal form because on 1st Jan.19 PF withdrawal will be done only online. But in my case that KYC not update and without Aadhar updation withdrawal form can not be filled.
In that how can withdrawal PF Amount, please help.

Very poor and bad from PF office Ludhiana they are just making fool poor people they have no any manner how to talk with anyone three times EPF office return me to attest different different paper which i have submitted in a bunch and atlast it will not widrawl you have to transfer the amount sachi government employees can’t change their work attitude in any field
