As per the above subject matter my EPFO U.A.N is 100511972536 was registered with my old mobile number 9845709443.After joining to M/s. Prakash Retail i was changed my phone number & Old number was deactivated.

Epf online withdrawal from 31 claim settle bank account not received balance

My old company closed and back to Japan. Now I want to withdraw my PF but after checking online I have found my Adhar card KYC not completed due to Gender missing. I have updated my Gender online as per my Adhar card. But employer approval is pending. Now my employer is not available due to company closed please approve my KYC. Please suggest how I can claim my PF if employer is now not available.

While am updating my PAN card KYC in EPFO portal, i am getting this error msg (Multiple KYC for PAN are available in pending transaction. Establishment : INFOSYS BPO LIMITED.)can you please guide me how to resolve this issues.
