  • Prime Honda. Rude behavior with clients what a shame

    Hi Mam,

    This is Richa ex Ccm, Jagmohan motor maruti suzuki dealers. I went to prime Honda East Delhi to get an enquiry of New Honda amaze emt petrol. We had a word with Mr. Pulkit yadav the sales person and they told us to give the delivery within 25days as we are in a hurry to buy due to some personal reasons. TODAY my father went to showroom for car booking and with documents. The TL Mr. Anuj was there. His behaviour was so rude with my father and he said we are not gonna give the car prior to 3 months any how. Is this they way to talk to a client or a senior citizen. I myself worked with a car dealership of maruti.. What a shame it is to behave with a client. Look into this as it will produce a very bad msg to the client that how you guys behave when you are in good position on showroom. I want you to take some action and report us also we are ready to give the amount today. Please arrange the delivery of the said car for us before 9th July 2018.

    I just got call from PRIME HONDA. The customer care manager apologized for the rude behavior but told me not to complaint directly in Honda as according to them i have lodged the complaint due to fast car delivery which is not the case. I am ready to pass 3 months if its an obligation but this behavior with client isnt good at all.How can they say a client that they should not call directly Honda for any complaint.The customer care manager who called me was not even listening and she was trying to put her words in my mouth to gain evidents in their favour.How ever this is very bad for the reputation of honda.I guess there will be no action taken for this from Honda side so I better switch to other CAR BRAND for future.

  • complaint regarding charging for checking vehicle which is undere warranty

    Sir,
    it is submitted that car bearing registration no.HR49E2233 owned by Shanta Garg went for checking at Joshi Automotives Pvt. Ltd. on 16.8.2018. The said car is under warranty but we have been charged 472/- for checking. Kindly look into the matter ..

    Dear honda,
    I m big fan of your car, so I buy my first car is Honda amaze 2018 ,and I m very happy with my car, but today after my 3rd free service doing from emerald Honda gandhinagar Gujarat India, I m very disappointed from there service, I mention my complain to the service advisor, he say ok we solved ur problem, but when they delivered to me they not solved any of my complain of mention, they doing unnecessary work like undercoting without my information and give me a 3365 rupees bill...they say alignment and wheel balance is free and thay mention in bill 750 rupees...total bill is 7200 rupees...how I don't no and no one have answer properly.
    And my car not cleaned even foot mark on my peloy
