Mere sim card ko port karna hai. Port nahi ho raha hai aur nahi coustmer care me baat ho pa rahi hai

Maine 27-09-2017 ko 152 ko apna number 8687871324 recharge karvaya tha, magar mai es number se abhi tak koi bhi outgoing cal nahi kar paa raha hu. aur apka customer care number bhi nahi lag raha hai.
Please resolve my problem.

Lucknow mohanlal ganj me network nahi rah raha hai. Aaj 4 din se.

No network in my reliance gsm since 2 days because of which I m facing alot of problems.
Please look into the matter as soon as possible.

As well as the customer care call is not connection so that I can register a valid complaint for that.
