From last 3 months I m suffering a great loss by your services.
I gave request to port my number from last 2 months and didn't received any help . Even customer care call center is not telling us properly. Not even a customer service office in jaipur (raj)

My reliance no is 9509499948. My rcom services has stopped un-expectedly for no reason. I have already submitted my all dues and right now i don't have any outstanding.

My last bill payment date is 04.10.2017 with the receipt no.- AMIP93790448.

For your reference, Snap of Payment receipt is also attached.

Last time also i have faced same problem while that time also i didn't have any OS.

I am very disappointed with RCOM services as without any information u have stopped my reliance services.

Kindly look into the matter and do the needful on urgent basis. Otherwise, i will go for legal for inconvenience as i am getting.

Sir around 6-7 months back your relaince gsm prepaid sim is closed but at that time I didn't port my number but now some very importamt otp are send to that number which is need. Sir that otps are very very important so please do something either give me prot number or if you have any other option then please share with me asap.
