    Dear Sir,
    I had deposited Rs.499/- on 07.03.18 against your advertisement in News paper for installation of Reliance Big TV connection vide Booking ID no. A 12908213.

    Since it has not been installed so far , Kindly make the refund of Rs.499.
    Pl. confirm immediately.
    Your Customer care no. has no Response.
