    I had purchased irvine 4G WiFi modem (Sl No IRV 1120180205 IMEI 869035031349885) in the month of June 2019.Earlier it was not functioning as 4G for Vodafone or other sims but any how jio sim was functioning. Since yesterday it is totally dead and getting heat causing non functioning the eqpt. It is requested to look into the matter to resolve the problem. My mob No is 9839968671. An early action is requested.
