on the time of booking the consumer say you got bike within 1 month but they can't give me a bike

I went to royal enfield service center for fourth service. I told them to do only service like all nut bolt checkup, oil topup and general check...
When they call me and i came to take my bike they changed shoes... Back lamp and etc.... Which i don't told to do.. . And they start argue in baf language that you have to pay.. .. I pay all the and i dnt like this type of behavior from receptionist...

Sir i could not start my bike. I don't know what is happened with it.its chassis no. is ME3U3S5CIJA607786 and engine no. is U3S5CIJA672000. Peasue work on my issue urgently. Thanking uh .

My bullet moter cycle is not getting start as battery 2nd time have discharged with no reason left , my moter cycle is just abyear old and second time it has got such type of problem giving me bad experience of riding the bullet 350x as the brand has high expectation please do ur concern .
