we bought a jeans on dated 25/11/18 via invoice no 9451-3884 at Rs 2299 .
There was a fault in unit and i re visit to Fbd showroom but all the employee were convincing me and not ready to understand the customers openion and this does not suit to you like a reputed brand .i m attached with you almost 15 years but first time i felt that i cheated and no one there to understand the consumer concern.

Here i purchased a pair of shoe on July 16, 2019 from Numero Uno Exclusive showroom at Nabha ,district Patiala. Firm Name is M/s Ganpati Apparels, Main Bazar, Bhikhi Chowk ,Nabha. On July 25 , 2019 i got found that its top leather was peeled of by itself and on July 26, 2019 I tried to reach out to its owner and complained about the product, he blatantly said he will not bring this product to the company and not make it repair. Means within nine (9) Days product was in bin. its owner has not any sense and he is harassing the customers through its shabby dealing. I am going to file my case in consumer court if my product is no going to be repair and exchanged.
