iam from pokaran and iam applied for jio new connection on 06 Dec 16 and dealer said to me ur sim activated in four days but miii jio sim was not activated till now and today on 16 dec 2016 when I call to jagdamba mobile dealer (Hitesh) he said to me ur document rejected due to following unknown observation. I said ok u return my pic and photo copy of aadhaar card enclosed for new connection. but he denied that we are unable to provide u urs document. what it means iam suffer so much. this is ur service very poor

how I can use my jio apps in my laptop. I have purchased a jio wifi and I want to use complete use of jio apps. pls help me

My seam is also winning at the base number live yet just bond turn.
Because I have not a single live seam side sunshade of my phone live is coming I have based my end demand on winning even unto live seam running is now just turn tied.

On 31 July 2020 my jio no 8209973084 recharge for Rs. 599 but it was declined but debited in my account than again i recharge through my credit card for Rs.599 which is also debited to me . But till date i have not received back my refund of Rs. 599 .
Please credit my refund at the earliest.
