I am a judicial officer posted at Dinhata,coochbehar and as there is no canon service center in coochbehar, I had given my canon 700D DLSR camera (camera body including 18-55 and 55-250 lens) for yearly servicing at Jay Marketing, Ramkrishna Samiti Building,Panitanki More, Sevok Road,Siliguri through my friend. I received the camera as well as the lens but I found that only the 55-250 lens had been serviced. The camera body as well as 18-55 lens are in the same condition as before though full amount was charged. I request you to kindly look into the issue else I shall be compelled to bring consumer case against the company...
