IFB Elena 5 kgs model not working. It has worked for 14 years. It's leaking at the bottom. Could you send the technician.

We purchased IFB front loaded washing machine after hearing good about the company and its products. But very sorry to say I have very bad experience . We purchased machine on 22 nd June .from very fist day we are facing problem . washing quality so bad . colour are getting faded,clothes are getting hard/old . Engineer visited many time. He also agreed that there is some problem ..but still such a big and renowned company. No response ...I request. Sr. Official of this company pls intervene. And resolve this issue...parul 9888929165

My self with customer I.D No. 11288949, Purchase Top loading washing machine on 15/11/2015. Model: TL-RCG 6.5 Kg AQUA.
From Dealer M/s. Bharat Electronics, Kalyan ( west ). Since I purchased machine their was some sort of problem, regarding PCB and functioning of switches. Mean time I launched complaint and after lots of follow up my machine got repair, even I verbally demand for new machine but they pursue me that further problem will not persist.
Recently Again My machine found to be not functioning we launched complain No. 1000372974 and IFB Technician visited, According to him machine is having PCB Problem .
From last 30 years I regular user of washing of various make viz. Whilpool, LG, Godrge , but non of machine have given such problem, whereas we have scrap the smooth functioning washing machine as we are using them more than 5 years without discomfort.
I dont understand why your this machine is giving so much problem. When I contacted to your officials Mr. Nilkant , Mr. Dinesh, Mr. Yogesh they are insisting me to Pay the amount for the Part they going to replace and according to them it costing about Rs. 4500/-.
I dont understand why should I pay when my machine is within warranty. Why I did not get new Machine when this machine having so much problem.
Due to reason of this my family is suffering very much. Before I approach to Consumer Forum this is my intimation.
Please Look in this matter urgently and do the needful.

I raised a complaint for washing machine on 8 Nov 2017, Perumal the technician visited and said that your electronic board will be replaced, took the original with him, daily I called him for board replacement, one week passed, when I called customer care on 15 Nov 2017 I found they have closed the ticket, I did not receive any message, again I opened a new ticket fo the same issue, not sure why they can not open the same ticket as the problem has not been fixed, before closing the ticket IFB customer care should give a call to the customer to make sure the issue is resolved

on 16 Nov 2017 another technician came and said he can not replaced the board as he want the old board. this is how IFB service center is fooling with the customers, I hope Perumal must have given the feedback. not sure how long I have to wait for this to be resolved. I have heard from my Friends IFB service centers drag customers for atleast 2 to 3 months for any issues.

I would recommend my family and friends not to purchase any IFB appliance in future because of very poor after sale service

We purchased ifb top load washing machine 17-04-2017 that time to till today 4 times complaints given but services people came to see the machine serviced after tow days again some problem is coming please change my machine.at the same time please do the need full.

I bought washing machine 4days back. Till now the demo person not yet came and fixed. I called customer care nearly 5 times each time they asking phone number name and they redirecting to another person that is area manager number. Again i called to those persons they too not responding. Such a worst company and services which i ever seen no other company was like this.

We have bought a new washing machine, elite plus, front loading.
Machine is vibrating a lot. We have been following up with Ifb outlet since yesterday at Porvorim but nobody bothered & excuse was given that the phone of service engineer was off. Not expected of a company like Ifb. Please arrange immediate visit.
