    I bought a stabilizer EM 4090 from Industry Buying for AC 1.5 T/1640 BTU ,Godrej make on 23 June 2017 which I rcvd on 27/28 June & after fitting I scarcely used it for 8 days after which it stopped working.I could not switch on it.Pls help me by providing the service centre address nearby Shahjahanpur (242001),U P, as it has a3 yrs. doorstep/onsite warranty with it & guide me to overcome the harrashment I feel.

    I raised a complain about my invertor on 26 June. I was told that engineer will contact me soon.on 29 June I was contacted asked by engineer to visit nera by store because they dont provide service at home. I carried my invertor to store. engineer said that he forgot to bring kit which was suppoesed to replace.When I contacted person In motihari he gave me a Contact number of Bihar Head (7618666745). I shared my Complain number he told that will call me post talking to engineer I am still Waitig for his call . Not sure when my problem will be fixed, in this summer and this kind of service i never experience in my life..will make sure that no one should by any product of microteck..
