Hi Team,
I have purchage a LED TV invoice number S79D37/16-17/47 invoice date 05-08/2016 Buyer Vinod kumar Mishra. My tv have stopped working on 08/07/2017 and raised a complains on next day. One of the onsite engineer come to my place and told me that the tv panel is not working and will change the panel after 2-3 days and today is 25/07/2017 and no body come to change the panel.
Could you please update me the status on this on an urgent note.
