    Dear officer,

    We have purchased Panasonic LED TV on sept 2015, display problem occurred on aug 2016 and service was carried out by your team with warranty base. The display problem occurred sept 2017 we have serviced in near service centre, the same problem was happened yesterday. Every year the same problem is being repeated. It was not user friendly television and it was more expensive for our budget. Hence please book compliant treat it's very important and
    Pls suggest accordingly.
