Hi I tried to book tickets for Ramoji film city.

Money got deducted from my account but I didn't get the tickets saying the server was down.( This was on 24th Aug 2017). Could you please tell me when can the money be credited to my account back again. If not atleast guide me to right contact perdon to whom I can talk.

BUT I ONLY COLLECTED 3 PASSES,SO REQUEST YOU TO REFUND ME THE AMOUNT OF ONE TICKET.
I ALREADY EMAIL YOU TWO TIMES BUT NO ANY REPLY FROM YOU.
