    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I live in Chennai - 600 018 area

    I have purchase Micromax TV (VH3675) on 06.03.2016.

    Now my remote is not working & moreover the software update is also not taking place. Hence some people along with Remote & software updation tools.

    How much this will cost?

    I have purchased your TV Ultra High Def LED TV 124 CM (VH36753) on 16.03.2016.

    Now the remote is not working. I need new one.

    Moreover software should be updated.

    Can you send people to sort out this.
