My Micromax smart TV not working

Hi, I stay in Bhadravathi,Shimoga district. My TV is not getting ON called service center in shimoga . He is telling to bring TV to shimoga. My TV is 50INCH TV and it is difficult to carry.

So, I requested him to come home but he is not agreeing. Please do the needful
