lenovo A5000 new battery available in service center -

I kept my phone on charging and after few hours, it went blank. It wasn't responding and I have to remove it's battery, after it I rebooted my phone and found this issue. When I unlocked my phone I got a message "process system is not responding" and I tapped on cancelled. I couldn't find my apps and my files of my SD card, main problem is that I selected the option of using sd card as my internal memory. Whenever I insert the SD card, it lags and my screen gets blank after the screen is locked. Please help, I am using Lenovo a7000
