Kalsi automatic juicer 24 number machine chahiye

I bought kalsi pressure pump for home , but right now it’s not working, there is some noise

Sir,
I have purchased a hand juicer machine No 9 from a local shop named Rathod and Sons in Visakhapatnam. But that juicer machine was not working neither waste was coming out nor juice. Then I approached to the shop and asked to replace or refund it. But shop keeper denied to neither replace nor refund it. Now I want to return that product. Pls help me.
