Dear sir, My Q520s downloading un-neccsary adds and application after factory data re-set 4 to 5 times. Now I un-able to use my mobile. Automatically connects to the internet data connection and down loading adds, application. please advice me how clear all thee un-necessary things from mobile- not repeat the same.
