I installed data back after 2or3month I updated my phone software after the update I open data back app It show that login or Register. then I click on the login button it shows that something went wrong I think that it was my phone'sproblem but after a few month I change my device then I first installed data back try to login data back app but it also show that something went wrong .what is this? what I can do? I had requested seller for return of product (JT00004207) and initiate refund as i was not available at delivery address to recieve the product. The seller told that the refund will be initiated when they will recieve the return product. I contacted their courier partner, they informed that the seller has not given confirmation for return so the courier is on hold at Lucknow. The seller is neither giving confirmation to its courier partner for return nor initiating refund.
