    hi Customer care,
    I have received a gift vouchure of giftxoxo from my previous organisation EdgeVerve. I have left the organisation.
    my official ID when I was in the organisation is mallesh.kavuluri@edgeverve.com

    As my email id is no longer valid, I tried to redeem it with my personal email id. I am getting the error shown below.

    Can you please send amazon gift voucher to this email id. ( emailtomallesh2013@gmail.com)

    I had 4900 xoxo points available through my office eclerx services limited however when I redeem the points I did not get the voucher codes email.please resolve this as soon as possible.
