I have purchased a black forest cake from Monginis cake shopShree Sai Enterprises at Kharghar Sector 7 Navi Mumbai on date 02.07.2017 The cake was not fresh . It’s taste was also changed with bad adour. When I went to shop to explain the issue he can’t expect but agreed to raised the issue with monginis. Then I return the cake to him and filled the customer feedback from. As per him issue will be resolved within one week. They are saying we sent this cake toward company if they agree we will refund your money . But still no feedback from monginins or cake shop or refund the money.

Kindly look in to issue and refund my money ASAP.
