Iam not able to get a refund of an order that i cancelled in april this year.I am liasing with Dakshay from mirraw and he is not able to process the refund .First he tells me that there is a tecnical problem which delays the process than he is asking for the Paypal ID Which paypal told me is already there on the invoice when you gays receive the payment.they use customers email as their paypal id .This paypal has already emailed to him. Despite that i am not able to get the refund since april this year.Can anybody help
