It's a matter that needs serious attention by you.Today your serviceman delivered us the cylinder and asked 10Rs extra as his service . On asking if it was prescribed by the government he said that it was his commission and gov. has no role in it.He didn't give us back the money.Such behaviour is intolerant . You are requested to look into the matter as indirectly it is spoiling your image . Contact me for my info. and the action taken on my appeal.
