I would i to tell give importance to your customer, either taking the importance you think the while showing to the customer that you are alway busy makes your impression, i m trying to connect with your customer from last 10day but yet now also it say sorry our customer care executives are busy what is this, if you don't want to listen to us tell us we will not call you and frankly saying. see what are the reviews given by the people if you want more suggestion you can call me your marketing team and customer care is very bad

I had ordered a dress on sept 26 2017 ORDER #128741 and 128759 its been showing that the product is been with delhi customs for clearance from past one month, but still i haven't received any tracking id. Whenever i try to contact customer care, they tell please call back after sometime, as they are always busy and there is response for the email sent are the message service

Order No. 101986 dated 05.07.2017 my order was cancelled by the the company after 60 days. because they could not deliver the product at time. after cancelled they leave message to re order again. but they did not give the refund against this order. This is to inform you that i bought two products from mirascas order no #147518 on 9th december 2017. On recieving the product I was not satisfied with it and returned it by courier. I got a message on 28th dec that the package had been recieved at the warehouse and the return will be initiated soon. As far as i m concerned, i have not recieved the return yet and not even recieved a single message from mirascas. Plz have a look at this matter and initiate the returning process if it is not done yet.

On 5th March 2018, I bought a ‘Smart standing collar fitted party blazer-1899X1764548’ (Order no. 162763) from your miracas.com website.

I used the ‘cash on delivery’ option and paid ₹ 1690 shipping via aramex.

After wearing the blazer its not fit to me, very short and big size too. Moreover, the dress materiel is not a blazer materiel, poor quality materials and color also your model picture, which is available in your website and received product compared to them its completely different one. Am totally unhappy with the product. I chose the refund option and it was successfully placed and stating "reveser pickup in my area and contact you soon" like that i received, but till now no response received from your end.

The received product,

· not of acceptable quality (a quality appropriate to the ₹ 1690 I paid)

· not fit for purpose (it does not fit length).



I would like to return the ‘Smart standing collar fitted party blazer-1899X1764548’ to you, and I would request you to refund the cost of the blazer and my return postage costs.
