    I had booked a dining table vide order No: 2554000464 from your outlet in the Xperia Mall in Palava City. Unfortunately I the space I have for it is too small and it will not fit. If possible, I would like to cancel the order. I do want the shoe rack so don't cancel that.

    I had made the payment of Rs.21945
    at Noida home town on 6thfeb2017.
    I booked the dining table . My item code on the advance receipt is -
    00000000600001478901.
    Order no 2000136296
    the deliver date was 17th Feb2017. However we received the call on 17thfeb2017 from hometown staff that they will not be able to deliver the dining table and it will take another 15days. i told them that if it is possible to arrange the same within 4-5days or pls return the money back . he was suppose to get back to me by today i.e by 18feb2017 but i did not receive any information on wether i amd getting the dining table within 4-5days or getting money back.
    This is really unprofessional at home town part. not expected atall.
    Now i have given the mopney, nobody is bothered to reply.

    I purchased Dining Table from ur retail outlet at Home Town Ambience MallNH8,Gurugram(Haryana) against receipt no.0018885 on 10/07/2016customerIDno.8026571023.My home address isMKKaul,MS07/305,Kendriya vihar Gurgaon,sec56 Haryana _122011.The dining table developed some black patches when service man did polish on the dining table,when complained about it,I was told that he would come to my residence tomorrow,but never turned up&did not respond to calls.Plz look into the matter &get my problem solved at the earliest.

    Last year I had bought egger flooring
    for three bedrooms from Your store at Amanora Pune. Invoice No 92457664 dt 31 mar 2016 refers.
    It was fixed in May 2016 Ever since it is having problems. In response to my earlier complaints, the person concerned visited and found the floor swollen. He created some gaps in floor and repaired partially and stated that it will settle down after rains are over.This has not happened. There are some gaps which can hurt our feet. Please have it repaired urgently.The contarctor also must be warned as he is sullying your reputation of after sale service.

    my order no 2168007843. i had selected an oakwood cade book shelf from lucknow hometown on 27.5.17. they delivered it in white color. despite my raising a complaint immediately till today ,ie,7.7.17 it has not been changed despite no of calls to the customer care no and talking to the reprentatives.this is a totally unprofessional attitude and i think they take their customers for granted.

    Dear Sir,
    This is to inform all of you that I purchased a set of Soffa 7 siter from Home Town dated on 3.10.2017 and received the same in 6 packed cartons dated on 15.10.2017 at around 1.00 P.M.
    Packed cartans were not opened at the time of delivery by the delivery person.
    Dated on 15.10.2017 two persons came in my residance for installation of Soffa namely Mr. Pankaj and some one at around 3.00P.M. and installed the Soffa.and taken charges of Rs.400/-
    I founf Soffa is very dirty and screached and leg of Soffa is broken.
    I informed Mr. Devender ( Home Town ) immediately on his mobile no.9765054707 and send a SMS also.
    Inview of the above I request you to please replace my Soffa immediately or turn down my money Rs.105200 .

    No our problem is not yet resolved by you. In spite of giving the relevant photos Nobody visited our house & the deffective Dining Bench is lying as it is. Dining Bench is neither replaced nor we were given any assurance in replacing the Dining Bench at the earliest.

    purchased 6 seater presto dining set in july 17 and installed in last week of sept 17 , all the 4 legs( support) has worn out and visible cracks seen on all support legs ....it can crash any time due to wobbling of the dining set and weight of glass ..need immediate resolving the same...numerous follow up being done but response very poor ....
