Complaint Irregular delivery of refill cylinders

    Dear Sir/, I am customer of HP Gas consumer No. 527473 connected to M/s. ASHOKA GAS AGENCY, NEAR JDA COMPLEX SUBHASH NAGAR JAIPUR (Rajasthan) HP Gas distributor code No. is 16007600.
    Our last refill cylinder was delivered on 30-09-2017 after that I booked refill cylinder on 29/11/2017, but distributor send me booking massage on 03/12/2017, after repeated telephone for enquiry. On 05/12/2017 I requested to deliver my booked refill as our current use cylinder was empty. But distributor told me that our delivery man not available today so that your cylinder will deliver tomorrow But till date I am not getting the cylinder , no one here also give any satisfactory reply here . Also Ashoka gas agency staff misguide to me (on phone 01412281717, 2281717) again and again. It is for your information also that this is not for the first time, it is a regular practice by the Ashoka Gas Agancey to deliver the gas cylinde .I visited distributor office on 11/12/2017.He told me again don’t very we have delivered your cylinder at your home tomorrow 100% but can't deliver the cylinder till date I spoiled my whole day in this matter.I have suffered lot in terms of money and peace of mind. Service of this distributor is very poor and due to that I have suffered since last 6 years. this is happening from years i dont know why HP is still encouraging these kind og. agencies. and Agency not action in this matter. So please consider the case at your end. Please help me or guide me in this matter. Please look in to the matter and take necessary action against distributor.
