I have ordered 5 item on 05/07 to chicken minar,sec-9,rohini,new Delhi. They given me delivery time 90 minuts.But even after 150 minute I did not received my order. I called 3-4 times and every time they give new delivery time. Than at last I myself picked my order from their address.After checking my order found two dishes was not what I order. Very poor service and was very disappointed.

I had placed an order from subway Sakinaka which is 7 mins walking distance from my place
Two hours and I am still waiting for the Oder tht I had placed
To track the order I called up subway ...very smart staff I must say no one... has the audacity to confirm the status...
In return they disconnected my call ..keep passing the phone to the other staff one by one ...I had to narrate the entire story to all of them ..no response ... Very annoyed will never place an order from food panda !!!

Its so annoying that we place an order and after waiting for so long when we checked the status its says that our order has been cancelled.. And money got deducted as well.. Booked order on 14/2/2017 on Yo China. Received message from your side confirming order at 9.27 PM on my mobile. Then received a mail from your side that order has been cancelled due to non realization of payment. Placed order again and received message at 10.01 PM confirming order. Received message from my bank stating deduction of amount twice. Called Yo China on number given in your message. They also confirmed that order has been placed twice. We request you to cancel order placed at 10.01 PM 14/2/2017 and refund the money to us. We already requested Yo China to stop second order.

I ordered yesterday from burger king Vasant Kunj.... They delivered it after 1 and half hours cold... I complained through live chat they called me up from restaurant and promised a complimentary reorder... I did not receive a call from the m and had to speak to two of the chat assistant s... A girl Gauri from the same did not help me and wasted my. Half an hour with her late response.. then she told me to disconnect and try someone else as she is not able to contact the restaurant....This kid of behaviour from a customer support team is highly depressing and irresponsible.... I had a word with another guy Ajay Kumar and and he solved my issue in a minute... Please be careful while choosing customer support... Ur money our money and our time is valuable

O ordered food from Food panda at around 7:16 pm and didn't get the food until 9:30. What kind of service you're providing. After I called him he said he got the order late due to internet issues but this can't be possible because if they got the order late how come they confirmed the order minutes after placing the order.
