Complaint for cheating against Pentagon Education Service and its owner Mr Shah who runs a racket of extracting money from the parents of MBBS and MD entrance candidates.

It is most respectfully submitted that:

1. I am a law abiding and peace-loving citizen of this country.

2. That my daughter Sneha Satya is pursuing her MD in Anesthesia from Jodh Pur Medical College Rajisthan

3. That in the month of February 2017, Mr Shah approached me through phone call and told that he is a resourceful person and is seasoned for getting his clients MD seats of desirable branch in desirable Medical Colleges of India and abroad.

4. As at that time my daughter was also an aspirant of MD exams and was aiming to get a seat in MD Radiology. I got allured by the offer and on 22.02.2017 I went to the office of Mr Shah situated at 49/1, Anees Plaza, R V Road BasavanaGudi, Bangalore 560004

5. That on 22.02.2017 when I visited the office of the accused, I was impressed to see the office of the accused and a large number of people had come to the office to get seats booked for their children in desirable Medical colleges.

6. That on 22.02.2017 I was made to wait for my appointment and was made to fill up a form in which I filled up the details of the desirable colleges and stream to take admission.On meeting the accused, he assured me that he will get my daughter a MD Radiology seat in Commed K & Minority Medical colleges of Karnataka and as a consideration an amount of Rs. 2,75,000/- was fixed to be paid by me. As an advance I gave him an amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- vide cheque No 253238 of ICICI Bank. It was further agreed that if in case the accused wont be able to arrange a seat for my daughter in MD Radiology in desirable above mentioned colleges then the accused will refund a full and final amount to me.

7. That after a few months Mr Shah demanded for original Mark Sheets and Documents of my daughter. Upon the demand I smelled that something is wrong. I started questioning the accused about his working and what will he do of the original documents. There was no convincing reply from accused , I further told the accused of approaching the police and to tell the police about the fraud committed by the accused.

8. That Shah further failed to get my daughter any seat in any of the medical colleges of Karnataka. The said Shah is now denying refunding back the advance taken by him. He does not even picks my phone calls and his staff also refuse to arrange a meeting with the said Shah despite he being in the office.

9. I am a retired person and paid this huge amount to Mr Shah with a hope to make the career of my Daughter.

10. That this is a racket, which extract out money from the parents of the candidates appearing for MBBS or MD entrance examinations.

11. That Mr Shah has very cleverly with an intention to commit fraud has cheated me by dishonestly and fraudulently induced me to deliver Rs. 1,00,000/- to him on the context of the admission of my daughter.

It is therefore most respectfully submitted that an appropriate action must be taken by registering an FIR against the said Mr Shah for cheating the parents (including me) of the candidates of the MBBS and MD aspirants.
