Purchase Date: 29th October 2014
Problem: Had submitted the mobile to the local service center in August 2014, they returned the phone after approx 3 weeks, stating that all the problems have been resolved.But after 3-4 days of use, the problem resurfaced. Its been more than a month, and whenever I enquire about the status of my phone, they say that it will be delivered in 3-4 days.I am still awaiting their call to receive my phone.
