I communicated on the telephone number of Shivaji College that I need Migration Certificate, they told me to visit any day before 5 p.m. I reached Shivaji College at 4 p.m. and the concerned person i.e. Mr. Rajesh who handles the cases of B.Com (Hons.) told me that Sir has left whereas he was the only concerned person for that. After almost 10 Years I visited college with an enthusiasm but all was in vain after dealing with Mr. Rajesh therein. Please take care with other ex-student for this matter.
