    Respected Sir
I was employee (E Code: FWP 62247) in Reliance HR Services Private Limited, Delhi from 1st Nov.2014 to 31st March 2016, I was getting salary approx. 11000 Rs. Monthly. During this period a post paid connection (My postpaid mobile No. 9555950580) was given forcelly to all employees. I did not want to take postpaid connection by seeing your previous records but my superiors said that Reliance Company will pay 500Rs. Per month for your mobile charges and it is compulsory if I want to work in Reliance. But Reliance Company has not paid any amount for mobile charges to employees. I was paying my mobile charges from my pocket. I have paid all bills till Nov.2015. Details of my last bill payment (of Nov. 2015):
    Relationship No.: 500006837250
    Reliance No.: 9555950580
    Payment Date & Time: 04-11-2015 17:20 hrs
    Payment Amount (Rs.): 496
    Payment Towards: Invoice
    Payment Mode: Erecharge

My bill was coming approx. 500 Rs. Per month as you seen above. Since Reliance has closed CDMA. Therefore I left the job after March 2016. I have received my experience certificate. Suddenly your mobile company has given me a large amount bill (3931 Rs) of December 2015 (I have attached this large amount bill ). I was surprised to see this large amount. This bill is clearly done by mistake. This amount is approx. half of my salary. I am financially weak also. I am unable to pay this large amount. Many Reliance Customers are facing this type of wrong postpaid bill problems. This is not good for company. I am also facing this problem. You are my Superior; so, please kindly advise me what I shall do. Please solve this problem as soon as possible. I have tried many times to talk your customer care at 198 but not success. On this number 198, always says that they are busy. Therefore finally, I am mailing you.
    Thanking you
    Sincerely yours
    Ajay Shankar Chaubey
